
You will be provided with cereal, fruit and yoghurts for breakfast and delicious vegetarian lunches. On one day you will be offered a BBQ in the evening instead of lunch.
Examples of the dishes that may be served are:
- Rice Salad with Apricots and Pine Nuts
- Chargrilled Aubergine Salad with honey dressing and hazelnuts
- Spicy chickpea salad
- Summer risotto with spinach
- Moroccan Vegetable Couscous
- Carrot and Almond Salad
- Roasted Mediterreanean Vegetable Salad
- Pasta Alla Pomodoro – an exotic tasting dish with chilli, red peppers, tomatoes, black olives and Spanish capers.


You may help yourself to tea & coffee during the day and evening.
