You will be provided with cereal, fruit and yoghurts for breakfast and delicious vegetarian lunches.  On one day you will be offered a BBQ in the evening instead of lunch. 


Examples of the dishes that may be served are:

  • Rice Salad with Apricots and Pine Nuts
  • Chargrilled Aubergine Salad with honey dressing and hazelnuts
  • Spicy chickpea salad
  • Summer risotto with spinach
  • Moroccan Vegetable Couscous
  • Carrot and Almond Salad
  • Roasted Mediterreanean Vegetable Salad
  • Pasta Alla Pomodoro – an exotic tasting dish with chilli, red peppers, tomatoes, black olives and Spanish capers.
